Themis is the Ancient Roman Goddess of justice, represented by the Scales of Justice. In Ancient Egypt, she was known as the Goddess Maat, and Lustitia in Ancient Greece. She was revered for having foresight, wisdom, and the skill and art of prophecy to enable her to deliver justice fairly to all. Themis represents balance, good counsel as well as fairness, restoring balance when situations and circumstances require a return to more harmonious times.
Themis was a wife of Zeus in Greek mythology, and presided over the law and morality of the divine world for Zeus. On Earth, in Ancient Greece, she was a Goddess seen to guide how society fairly worked. Themis is a beautiful Divine energy to connect with as many of us on our beautiful planet work towards a fairer, kinder, more peaceful, just and balanced world.
