The Earth element helps us to feel safe, held & grounded. Once we feel safer, more held & balanced in these ways, it is easier for happiness to enter our lives. The Earth strengthens us, and gives us courage. The Earth is also hugely abundant, and this element connects us with abundance & materialising our dreams & wishes into our lives on Earth.
The Earth element corresponds to the East cardinal point; corresponds to the colour yellow in Indigenous Native American & Canadian culture; the point at which the sun rises to welcome in a new day.
